Hello

Realizing that its October and the last time I posted on here was in May. I'm so disappointed that I've gone this long, I so love using our blog as a memory chart. 

So now that I feel like things are settling down (not really) but I can try to think that! I made a list of things I would've posted about. From may to now, I would've posted 27 things that I'm sure you would have wanted to know about. 

Talk about catching up..... I'm definitely going to do my best. 

I'm going to try to post 1 to 2 posts a day just to catch up. Then I need to deletes 1800 pictures off of my phone:/ you can only imaging where I can go with this. Not enough memory for new pictures. Uploading to delete what I've already posted about, the list goes on! So hopefully I didn't loose you guys, but I'm trying to come back for the sake of memories and to keep you all updated! 

That's just a new page on my calendar! This is what the past months have looked like....

I'd like to say we've calmed down, but that's not true. This month will be just as busy. I already have all of our weekends filled and with the holidays coming, I'm already exhausted thinking about it!!! 

Ok, so here's to feeling like I can catch up:) 

And yes, I write everything down or I'll forget:/

Northside T-ball 2013

This is Jts first year/first time playing any recreational sports! His buddy Carson asked Jt to play and he was more then happy to do that! 

This is their first practice of the 8 week long season {beginning of April} and we are now at the end of the season. {yes, I'm behind on posts}

I do have to say that being this was the first go around for t-ball, it was the funniest thing I have ever seen when it came to game day! They had no clue how to run the bases, they didn't stay where they were told, every kid went after the ball! Can we say doggy pile! Lol So funny and so fun to see them having such a great time!!!

Kindergarten Easter Party 2013

I can't believe the 2012-2013 school year is almost over and this is the first time I've been able to participate in Jts school activity. It wasn't possible in FL. I never had a sitter for T. So this was fun and exciting for Jt and I!
We made a party snack, thanks to Pinterest! That was a huge hit and it helps to have super crafty friends!
We did a couple stations in Jts class and as he participated, I followed and played along. When I asked him what was his favorite part of the day, he said having me there with him was the best part! That made my day more then you'll know. I'm so glad we have numerous sitters so I can be apart of this important time for him.

Spring Break 2013 & Our Annual Family Vacation

In honor of my moms dad and our grandpa, we gather every year in Cayucos California. We've been going there since we were kids, but during the summer. In January of 2004 he made his way home and in honor of him, we gathered there in March of 2004 to spread his ashes off of the pier. He fished there as much as he could and he always brought us together there.

We look forward to our March family vacation and celebrating what's most important and that's our Family!

We had a great time this year, we actually celebrated our Easter there this year.

I enjoyed myself and I enjoyed bonding with the ones ones I love the most!

Most of our days were just hanging around the house and going for walks. We did a little shopping, a couple outings for food and some well needed nature exploring! My favorite part was BBQing with the family and just talking. The kids had a great time playing on the beach, swimming in the hot tub and running around!

The very best part of the trip was our family hike!! Loved it and can't wait to do it again!!!

Making our last little stretch down Old Creek Rd. Love this road. Its so pretty and lots of life around it. The whole way down it, the little voices in the back were ooohhhing and awing!

What a great hike! 4.5 miles of fresh air, smiles, laughing, talking and racing my brothers around. Saw a couple snakes and some sea urchins. Loved every minute of it!

Our last BBQ for spring break

The Easter bunny came! This was a hard one to hide being we were with everyone and in an unfamiliar house. T man found the baskets, but we recovered and found a new hiding spot!

Had a bad tummy ache and had to rest in the bathroom for a bit!

Now that he was feeling better, we got the show on the road.

March Madness

This month has not only been super busy, but it's almost been madness. From birthdays, unpacking and daily life. We've been on the go and starting to feel run down.
We celebrated Jackson's 6th birthday this month along with a few others. I had made a comment on FB a couple weeks ago that we are boycotting anymore March birthdays! Lol
Jackson's birthday this year was a little crazy compared to the past couple of years. It's just been us and maybe Jeff's parents. Which is totally fine and cheaper for us, but it was nice to have a little shin dig for the very excited 6 year old!
We had family and a couple friends up at my moms and caught up on life and let the kids go crazy as usual!
Here are just a couple pictures from his birthday! He got to spend the morning of his actual birthday with his best buddy Carson. They surprised him with a breakfast out at BatterUp!
After he got home I took him to school and brought the class cupcakes. Homemade with love;)
Later that day we had a BBQ with the Seiler Family and papa! The next day we went up to my moms for his birthday party.

Across the Country 1 last time.......Part I

And it begins.....

My mom flew in to help me with the kids on our cross country drive. I wanted her to see some of our lower states.

Had to take a picture of this sign. Do you really think it holds true to its name? If so, I want to live there! lol

We officially crossed our first state line. T was having a rough time, but got better as we progressed! We stayed the night in Florida before crossing the Alabama border. On our second we crossed AL, MS and headed in LA. It only took roughly 4 hours. 

I've seen this sign way to many times! lol

Spent the night here and walked around the French Quarter for a while.

Thank god we missed Mardi Gras by a week. We were worried we wouldn't even get to see the city again! This was one of the many left over decorations.

It's so funny how we are in the middle of the bible belt, but its the most sexual place other then Vegas. Literally had to cover Jts eyes as we walked by a few places.
