Across the Country 1 last time......Part III

The last stretch through half of California. We saw Dinosaurs, Mater being towed and lots of snow that had just gone through. It took us 8 hours with stops to get home the last day of the 6th day of traveling. Boy were we ready to get home:)

My car hit 0ne hundred thousand miles on this trip

Disney World 2013 ( Part l )

These photos are from my cell phone:
W decided to head to Disney World for the day, especially before we move home to California. We wanted to spend a few days there, but it never worked out for us. Kind of disappointing, but we were thankful for the day.
So this place is its own little world apparently. They have all the parks spread out and to me they have their own little freeway system.

While we were waiting for Jeff to buy tickets, we had a nice lady snap this shot of us. It's rare that I get pictures with the boys.
When you pay they have this huge courtyard surrounded by water. You either take a train into the park or a boat. We chose to take the Ferry. The lines for the trains were pretty long and the boats were moving pretty fast.
Just about to stop and hop off.

Made Jeff stop so I could get the castle in the background.

As we got in the park, we headed to Pirates of the Caribbean.
We did stop and watch a bird show first. T was a little scared waiting in this line. He kept saying go out, go out. Once we got on the boat we was a happy boy. This was his favorite ride and Jt liked it too. Jt kept asking if it was real or fake. lol

After that we headed over to the Haunted Mansion. The lines weren't to long at this point, maybe 20 minutes.
And look who decided to go to sleep. lol Probably better anyway. I think he would have gotten scared on this one.

Jackson and I decided to ride the cars. This was my favorite as a child. He was super excited and wanted to drive so badly. He would have gone by himself if they allowed it. But, mom had to be with him! lol I controlled the gas and he drove, so he thinks. We had so much fun and laughed so much!

This one is probably my favorite, it really captures his great smile. He is such a cheese ball at time and I love it!
Oh look, it Jeff and T again!

The boys loved It's a Small World! I don't think I like this one so much!

Little Mermaid

Aeriel's treasures

It's the Sea Witch... Run

Dumbo and look, it's Jeff and T again!
This ride actually had a waiting area with a restaurant style paging system, so the boys playing in an indoor jungle gym and when our pager went off, we got in a very short line to hop on the ride! I thought that was pretty cool.
Headed out of the park. We were back on the Ferry and headed to dinner.

One last photo op for Jt. I spent most of my time with no camera in hand. I did have my cell phone, but I tried to enjoy the day with the boys and our time together. So the photos I do have are of them or us together.

One last photo of the Castle. The rose garden was beautiful. Probably helps to have tropical weather where it all looks great all year long!

Disney World 2013 (Part II)

On the ferry headed to the park
 Getting into the park
Daddy and his boys and as usual, mom taking the pictures!
 Goofy! His teeth weren't down:(
Kisses for the daddy! 2 peas in a pod!
Our family picture! I just set it on the stroller and set the timer! lol We didn't want to bother anyone. That's probably why I'm leaning in, I didn't think there was enough room.
So pretty
Headed to the castle and the boys got a new toy!
Another propped camera on the stroller. Jt decided to jump in on this one:)
 Watching the Mickey show
 Cheese
 Watch a couple little shows
 Princesses
 Peter Pan
 and the Witch
Our day had come to an end.
I do have to say this was a great day and if not the best this year. Just seeing your kids so happy is enough to make my day. Kind of makes me want to cry knowing they were so happy and had so much fun.

Retracting the phrase I used, "Bring it 2013."

Yep, I usually try to have no regrets in life. There's always an occasional foot in mouth situations and I sometimes regret those, but life in general for me has been to live life to the fullest. I think I've done that to my best ability so far.
As of now, I'm regretting and taking back the phrase, "Bring it 2013."
2013 has been the worst year so far. 2004 started off pretty crappy with the death of 2 grandpas. They died within a month of each other, so that was rough. But this year and month could rot in hell for all I care. Maybe its because it has the most unlucky number 13 in it, but whatever it is, I give up already.
I won't go into a whole lot of detail, but if you are in contact with me often, then you know all about it.
1st: our 'rental' home, but our safe haven was violated with someone trying to break into it on a Saturday night. Luckily Jeff was home and the boys were in our room sleeping with us, "slumber party night!" Feeling safe hasn't felt the same here unfortunately.
2nd:  Our life here just isn't the same and the feeling & need to go home has been overwhelming. So we have decided to take a leap and move home. Don't ask questions! Just support us and listen, that's all we need right now.
3rd:  Being so far from home has been hard as far as missing family, friends, etc. I know we have no control over this, but its definitely hard, especially when your PET passes and you can't be there to say goodbye, hold him one last time or give that wet nose one last kiss. Please click on the link I provided to see Chases story and why I love him so much. He will be forever missed!

You can see his brother's story as well. I made a link in the side bar of my blog. It's under the profile section. This is just a little bit of how crazy I was for my dogs before we had children. These dogs were my babies and the only reason our Labs parted ways with us, was do to all the moving. Never again!

So far my month has sucked, yes I'm being a baby. But I am really just drained, emotionally.
I hope you enjoy Chasey's profile! He was such an amazing dog, loved him way to much:)
These pictures below are just the ones I have on my phone, all of my pictures of the handsome boy are in California.
This picture was taken by my dad last week

Sunday = Fun Day

On Sundays most attend church, but not us. Our holy grail is at the beach. Some may ask why? To be honest, this is the place of worship for me and I know for Jeff too. It's the sun, the sound and the calmness in my soul even if its raging in the depths of the sea. My heart and soul will forever belong to the water....
So on our Sunday adventure we explored a new beach this morning called Talbot Island. It's flat long shores make for good walking and obviously great exploring! We found a jelly fish and watch a kite surfer bob back and from shore to shore! Mind you it's called an island, so there is another shore pretty close.
I obviously had my camera and my phone, but only got a few picture with my phone that I'll share with you: 1 being a ladybug I found and just some randomness of us exploring and playing:)
January has been pretty uneventful so this is the most excitement we've seen out of the house!
